All Souls Musicians' Grade-1-a-thon, a muzo blogs...
I've got a music degree, I play viola... but I'm now about to embark on Grade 1 (ABRSM) on Jazz Saxophone. I'm being sponsored to raise money for All Souls Orchestra's "Prom Praise for Schools" project. Others of All Souls's musicians are participating too... Woohoo! Neat original idea for a sponsorship thingie.
("Oh, you're going to run for a while are you? That inspires me to sponsor you.") Can you tell us how best to sponsor you? Is there a link somewhere? Or am I being extremely dim?
What a horrible saxophone link you have posted. It's like sticking vinyl polkadots on the Taj Mahal.
Erm anyway next posting can you put in a list of positive what ifs? <grin> Yes, even in your blog I will torture you with good thoughts :-> <sinister laugh>
Anyway, I am super-excited to hear the results, whatever happens (and laughed at the picture of the elephant with sinusitis, so even if things go unexpectedly wibbly, at least it will bring humour into the world.)
